If you have any problems or complaints of any nature please do not hesitate to contact us. If, upon delivery of any item purchased from this site, you find that the items you ordered do not meet your requirements or match your expectations we will be happy to exchange them for something more suitable, provided they are unused and returned to us within 7 working days. In such a situation return postage will be at your cost.
If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as is possible and refund any postage costs you may have incurred.
We accept no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such damage or loss was caused.
